Justice by Design is a patient-led initiative committed to disability rights and equal access to prescribed medical cannabis where UK law still criminalises some forms of its medicinal and beneficial use.

While no definitive data is available, in 2025, the UK has an estimated 50-60,000 active patients, with projections pointing towards 80,000 before the year is out [source: ReLeaf]

We exist to help policymakers, clinicians, and patients see – and fix – the legislative design flaws that can make lawful care impossible.
